Shipping Information


All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. If UPS will not ship we will send common carrier.

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping services are also available. The cost of these shipping methods are calculated based on the total weight and destination postal code of your order.

Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you would like to determine shipping cost before checking out, you can use the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page.

Order Processing Times

All weekday orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day. If your order requires quicker shipment times, please call us for arrangements.

Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order, but may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when the order is shipped containing a carrier tracking number.

APO / PO Box Shipping

We currently do NOT ship to APO or PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Returns

Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit.

Damaged Goods

Although Healy Pro takes great care to insure that shipments are protected, damage in transit does occasionally occur. To receive credit for damaged product, damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery and put aside for freight carrier review. All damaged goods claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Minimum Order

We have no minimum dollar order. The only minimum we have is by the sellable unit. (One bundle or case)

Instructions

To return your order please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at pro@healyawards.com or call toll-free at 1-800-558-1696 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have an RA# and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Due to the nature of our items we can not accept any used or opened merchandise.

Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid to:

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Carrier Charges

Healy Pro reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.
